Correct timing to take water

Two (02) glasses of water – After waking up
Helps activate internal organs

One (01) glasses of water – 30 minutes before meal
Helps digestion

One (01) glasses of water – 60 minutes after meal
Helps digestion

One (01) glass of water – Before taking a bath
Helps lower blood pressure

One (01) glass of water – Before sleep
To avoid stroke or heart attack

Overall we should drink minimum of  8 to 10 glasses of water daily

Brush your teeth before you sleep & drink 2 glasses of water without washing your mouth in the morning.
